We are thrilled to welcome you to our slice of heaven on Mt Mee where we grow fine Arabica coffee for your enjoyment. We have recently taken over the management of Mt Mee Coffee and feel honoured to be carrying on the tradition established by Dawn and Leslie Juds of producing excellent, farm-grown coffee.
From bean to brew, Mt Mee Coffee exemplifies the highest standards in Australian coffee production. We grow Condong Range Bourbon 100% Arabica beans using the best organic farming practices which of course means absolutely no pesticides are used. Soil health, nutrient balance, and sustainable principles are our top priorities. To maximise the natural flavours of each bean the crop is hand harvested, pulped, fermented, washed, and sun dried on the property. The green beans are then roasted to order using our magnificent “Marlene” Diedrich roaster. The result is a distinctive coffee with a sweet, rich, chocolate flavour and aroma.
